Why do Black Tattoos look great (in my opinion) on Black people?
I wonder if a "white tattoo" if possible, would look that good on white skin?

most people can't get white to stick well...

Pigments and tattoo inks are not regulated by the US Food and Drug Administration.

It's really nice! You're definitely going to impress the chicks when you go to the beach.
I've been wanting to get another for some time now: reproductions of the Lascaux cave paintings, antelope, buffalo, bear, etc., in hazy shades of brown and black, forming a sort of belt across the small of my back. Dunno why, I just think it sounds cool. Boyfriend hates the idea, but it's not his back, now is it?
