ok, so i'm not going to go into specifics but this weekend was a bit crazy and i did something i could easily get DF'ed for...but the thing is, i don't really feel bad about it! being raised in the org, your always taught that "wrongdoing" is inevitably attached with unbearable guilt but i'm not really feeling that right now...i'm not sure if i'm just a bad immoral person or whats going on....
crazy weekend....am i going to hell????

Your growing up and want a life not being controlled by the JWS doctrine.
You sound perfectly normal to me so i guess i will see you in Hell. -
Valis
dubbies don't believe in hell remember? No hell for you, however you can scrap any idea of living forever and watching the lion "lay down" w/the lamb..
Sincerely,

Jw's dont believe in 'going to hell' anyway..but besides that the only moral code you have to live up to is your own. If you didnt hurt anyone and you didnt cross your own personal bounds then you did nothing wrong. There is no reason to feel guilty for not living up to someone elses idea of what is moral. After all the same god that wrote their moral code also ordered the slaughter of entire cities including children and the rape of women for minuscule offenses.

Well, we can't state definitively unless we have specific details. Please provide.

flower, your post was really helpful, that's exactly what i've been thinking myself but hearing you back it up meant a lot.
and i know JW's don't believe in hell, i've been one for 17 years i was just kidding about that.
but to be honest, i drank a little, smoked a little, and lost my V card. certainly not things that would take place at wholesome christian "get togethers."

You've never been to Dallas and stayed in Room 215 at the Bradford Hotel.
I agree. You're beginning to find your own way. I think you already know in your heart that Jehovah's Witnesses are not where you belong. They are the least 'Christian' organization around and you've made the best decision not to stay there.
