The actions of the elders really suck, but I don't find it surprising. Hell, they took away all of my priviledges? simply because I was taking a part time computer course on Saturday afternoons. And I was still attending meetings and getting my time? every month.
I'm not surprised by anything those bastards do.

yep before the brother wisens up. Maybe minimus doesn't have to tell them anything. Let them use the conscience card and see how that goes. If JWs made more actual choices of conscience I'm betting there would be few if any eligible for mic duty. I think everyone has their own defining moment and for all the warning or information you give them they have to get the Watchtower Once Over for it to sink in. Just my two cents. BTW, teejay, maybe you missed it but a week ago or so mini took his mom a copy of COC. I would say he's trying at least to get some of his JW family to figure it out, which is a good thing. Walter, that's a perfect example! Now, I've never heard of such a thing happening. It surprises me but certainly doesn't shock me. Now just because I had been an elder for years, that doesn't mean that I'm not supposed to react the way I am---regarding your plight. Anyway, glad you're here. Who needs them?
