But then when it was time to turn in the time, the other old guy was worse! He was determined to get time from a woman who had been through hell, and hadnt attended meetings for three weeks.
why not put a little dent in their finances but getting all the free literature you can and not contibuting anything for it . After all the WT is offering it free of charge.

The WT thought it would avoid paying taxes with the new literature arrangement,, and perhaps get even more money from the friends for the literature. Well I hope it back fires on them.

But Stef, they neeeeeeeeeeeeeded your time, didn't you want God's grand work to be glorified by adding yourself to the throngs of Jehovah's clean worshipers who worship him in spirit and truth. But you're right, the time servant was the worst. When I stopped going he STILL CALLED! Every......DAY! I figured the more I told him I didn't have any time for the month he more he'd get the idea. The congo's were a lot more persistant in about mags in the old days when the congo was invoiced for the value of the magazines . Since they had to pay the Society, there was a noticeable deficit if the remittance was less than the invoiced amount. Now that has all gone and once delivered , the remittance to the WWW fund is anonymous. They even encourage the publishers to send it direct .
I dare say the Magazine Servant will do as I would. Take the mags oneself, ditch them in the local paper recycling bin . No one is ever the wiser

Yea, sometimes the bugger would call twice a day. He would even ask for my exs time report, even though we were seperated! grrrrr
I forgot to add, when someone gives me money for donation, I keep it for my self.
