It seems to me she is teaching some dedicated males here (and doing a much better job than my local senile BTW ).

Since it's mostly based on 1Cor.11:5 and 1Tim.2:12, the head covering is only required for prayer and prophesy (?) and the teaching prohibition is only during meetings where men are present.
1Cor.11:13 actually leaves it up to themselves to decide!!!The point in Corinthians is prefaced by the guidance being Paul's tradition, and in Timothy to it being something that Paul didn't permit. It's very much steeped in the mores of that era, and so dubious regarding it's modern application.
