out, heck yeah! Tounge is good. I like to bake it, then peel off the taste buds, cut into small pieces, put on a corn tortilla with some green salsa. hmm hmm good. Mexicans know how to eat.

Everyone, why is it so different to eating meat? there is blood in the flesh, and unless it is bled properly like the jews do, then why is it that different?

I must admit I had to imagine something else when I ate it, but, overall we're just conditioned to eat certain foods and should be more open minded!

I've tried escargot several times prepared in several ways. Doesn't make me queasy, I just don't like'em.

Now Frogs Legs are wonderful! especially saute'd in butter and garlic. I was dissappointed in a friend when he killed several rattle snakes on their place, that he didn't skin and cook some. But his wife said he has a real phobia on snakes, so I could understand. Me? I woulda tanned the skin and cooked the meat just for the experience.

Cow tongue is good. Cactus is ok.

My ultimate favorite food considered gross by so many is freshly shucked oysters on the halfshell. Just a gentle sprinkling of lemon. Yes. I chew. The best are when you gather your own and sit on the tailgate of your pickup and shuck and eat them on-site!

Then there's sea bugs: shrimp, lobster, crab. Freshwater lobster is really good, too (crayfish).

I will try pretty much any food. Case-in-point with the snails, I will try a food I dislike more than once just to make sure I really don't like it.

I've never had blood sausage nor black pudding, but I would try it if offered. I won't go out of my way, however.

I tried escargot a number of years ago and I loved it! Garlic and butter sauce if I remember. I ate it two years ago in a fancy restaurant on our anniversary. Still delicious!

I doubt if I would try that black pudding though, it just sounds too nasty! (sorry) I won't eat tripe or sweetbreads, or kidneys or pig's feet either! Hubby like kidneys, and when he cooks them I have to go and sit on the porch. The whole house smells like someone is boiling urine.......(shudder)
