I always though as Scully mentioned, the local needs following a disfellowshipping, covered the subject of the wrong doing. I've never heard any disfellowshipping reason listed with the df announcement.

Ive never heard a reason announced either.The talk following kind of gave hints thoigh with out being obvious.What i feel is strange is that if the world in all its debauchery requires sex offenders and molestors to be labled identified and registered,why doesnt the society in their HIGH MORAL GROUND CLAIMS st least do the same if not more?
IT was my experience that even though a reason wasnt given to the cong,most everyone found out why anyway.There was 1 Elder who couldnt keep a secret at all.Not even about his self.I had to show him from the dictionary what apostate meant.HE and They were teaching that an apostate was the EVIL SLAVE and that those are the ones that committed the unforgivable sin.
