City, that is a classic, it scared me to death when I was a kid.
Back to the photo, too wierd! Its a fly guy, did you see the size of its shclong? It stretches clean down to the pettal.

The original version of The Fly was released in 1958, and was in black and white. I believe that picture is from the 1986 remake starring Jeff Goldblum. The original is a classic, the remake is not.
That's a freaky picture, though. Could it be... The Mothman? 99 will die... -

I'll have to check, but I think the 1958 version must have been in colour because that photo is definitely from the 1958 version.
