I think it very much depends on a few things:
1) Is the man HAPPY in the relationship?
2) Does the man find his wife attractive sexually as well as her personality?
3) Does he have a close relationship and friendship with his wife?
4) Does the wife provide for the man's needs emotionally AND sexually?
5) Is the woman who is the opportunity to cheat with HOT and exotic and exciting?
if the answers to 1-4 are NO and the answer to 5 YES, then the answer to your question is a definite YES he would most likely cheat. The only thing holding him back would be fear.

p.s. - on the flip side of that if the man is very happy with his wife then the likelihood of cheating drops significantly unless there is a lot of alcohol involved in which case it shoots right back up again.

And so here's a true story:
After I was divorced, and still in JW-land (of the "no-sex-without-marriage-and-not-thinking-of-ever-being-married-again" class), there was a lady that lived in the apartment above me, who made it very clear that she would be glad to share my bed.
Her boyfriend was absolutely convinced that I was having sex with her.
I believe in commitment.

My final comment on this thread:
The singer John Hyatt (anyone familiar with him?) wrote a song which is on one of his CD's called "Little Head".
It's about men's desires for women and the one line in it goes......."I'm so easily led when the little head does the thinkin".
How true that line could be with a lot of men. But as so many already said.....there is commitment, love, concern about what you could lose, respect/self respect, etc.
