I believe you Toladest. When perverted fathers are scared that another man would make advances on their daughter, they would insist on covering up every inch of their little girls with dresses to the floor. It is because the fathers are desiring their daughters, so think that every man will also desire them. Sounds like these children were abused, too. So sad.

Why the heck are the youngest kids still with the parents? They should ALL be taken away. Reminds me of Keanu Reeves' character's comment in the movie Parenthood:
"You know, you have to pass two different tests, just to get your driver's licence, but they'll let any ASSHOLE be a parent."
Very fitting in this case, but why hasn't Children's Aid protected the younger kids too?
