  I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. I can't offer understanding like some others, since I've never had anyone close to me do that, but I have been very close to it myself. The mental anguish that drives a person to that point is impossible to understand. As stated before, it wasn't your fault.

  Please stick around, there is much comfort to be had on this forum.

  I couldn't begin to imagine the pain of losing a Child. My heart breaks for you.

  I am sorry to hear about the loss of your daughter, My mother was diagnosed as schezophrenic. She struggled for years since I was a child. What made it harder was in the 1960's and 70's, ppl didn't understand mental illness and it wasn't spoken of. When she was put on meds, she funtioned normally. But some "well-meaing" sisters told her not take the meds as it would encourage the demons to enter her mind, So she was on and off meds, It was a struggle, at one point the elders wanted to disfellowship her as she was "bringing reproach on Jehovah's name". I had to plead her case saying that would cut her off from all the sisters she enjoyed fellowship with( when she taking meds and functioning normally). She also took her own life a year after that. Its mostly sad that it was such a loss of a wonderful person. But the witness organization is not equipped to deal with such matters. I feel the religion did her more harm than good. Its painful to lose a love one this way.

  Damn Sweetie... Feel free to post what you will. I imagine you have anger, hurt, despair, and grief to the hilt.... We are here for you. No judgements, no rules... Cuss a blue streak, bawl, whatever you need. I pray you find some comfort and peace that is due you.

  i am so sorry for your lose and know no words can really heal the pain . My father committed suicide when i was 12 so i know the empty feeling.

  So very sorry for your loss. I have lost a child too but for entire different reason. It is a terrible heart ache losing a child, and even more painful because it was done by their own hand. Bi-polar disease is a tough one to control, know several who have struggled with it most their lives. Welcome here hope you can fine loving support.
