My motivations are:
1) Love for God
2) Appreciation for Jesus ransom sacrifice
3) I am anxiously watching: Is JHWH fighting for HIS holy name ALONE together with HIS angels? Or uses JHWH the power of people too - to change the world situation as well as the WTBS-weakness?

Fear of armaggedon?
Fear of Armageddon is the only motivating factor, if you think about it. The other "motivations" you listed are really just the things dubs tell themselves are motivating factors, not real motivating factors.
1) Love for God? If you don't have that, you'll be dead at Armageddon.
2) Appreciation for Jesus ransom sacrifice? If you don't have that, you'll be dead at Armageddon.
4) Living forever in the new system? If you don't have joy when looking forward to that, you are wicked.
5) Social life? Which you are required to have in order to avoid dying at Armageddon. If you aren't close to the bros, then who is going to help you hide from the Nazis persecutors during Armageddon? That's the purpose of the book studies, so you can be close to the dubs who live nearby, so you can quickly get in touch with them when Armageddon comes and you need help hiding.
6) Social status eg pionner Ms, elder (felt good to be important)? Which just helps you to ensure you won't be killed at Armageddon. The higher your social status, the less likely you are to kick the bucket when Jesus comes.
7) Pressure to stay in from family or friends? Who are pressuring you to stay in so that you won't be killed at Armageddon.
