GetBusyLiving, I think it's because my mother used to have a book study here, which I was very happy to throw out.
The neighbors were very happy too.

I've been living in Oklahoma City for 12 years and never saw a JW except about 11 years ago and my Mother sent those. Before that, I lived in Little Rock, AR and never s JW. I remember when I was a JW in the 50's and we covered our territory often. They are really slowing down .
They actually worked my street two weekends ago. First time I've seen them in about 2 years.
they worked my neighborhood over a year ago. i think the only reason they came was they found that we were here. this neighborhood isnt on the map yet, it's too new.

They were at my door last December. We saw two in the mall the other night sitting at a table with literature, chatting quietly. I felt sorry for them when my teenage daughter went up to them (as she likes to argue). My daughter said that they were very nice and she didn't want to get them riled up. LOL
I see them more often at the Starbucks near my house than anywhere else.

I saw them on my dads steer a few months ago but I havent seen hide or hair from them at my apartment. :D Too bad, I have so much information for them too!

About 2 weeks ago - before that it was about a year ago. The mormons missionaries with their bicycles are in our neighborhood almost daily - but then again, there's a mormon church right down the street so the missionaries must be home based there.
By the way - how come they (mormon missionaries) only wear black and white? How come they don't wear kahki pants sometimes with a brightly colored shirt - perhaps a polo, maybe an Abercrombie sweatshirt? black and white every day? how boring!
I live in a security condo where you need a code to unlock the doors or ring someone up to buzz you in. Needless to say, I never see them.
At my last residence they never showed their faces. I lived there for 5 1/2 years.
where I live now, this place is swarming with them. Near impossible to avoid.
Is it because I live in Brooklyn now?
they never come to our house, but I saw a group a couple of streets over about two weeks ago. The last time they were on our street was last summer.
