Buckingham Palace said "this is not a snub" and added it was because "the prince and Mrs Parker Bowles wanted to keep the occasion low key".
"The Queen and the rest of the Royal Family will, of course, be going to the service of dedication at St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle," the spokeswoman said.
"She is very pleased to be giving the wedding reception at the Castle."

I lost a lot of respect for her, and the Royal Family after the shoddy way they treated Diana. I know I'm American, but I thought it was abomindable that the flag wasn't lowered immediately after Diana's death.

I'm sorry, but just because they're 'upper class' doesn't mean they are classy.

It's really too bad Camilla didn't wait for Charles in the first place instead of marrying her first husband and then divorcing him. Charles should'a left Diana alone if Camilla is who he really loved from the start.

I recall that she always wanted to marry him but he couldn't make up his mind and she wanted children. I don't blame her a bit.
