I am totally confused about the new "DF and DA" announcements for March 05

Maybe the GB is getting ready to pay a dividend to all active JW's from their billions of $$$. They are purging the rolodex of all inactives before they issue the dividend checks!! The check will be in the mail soon brothers.

Any thoughts on WHY? The DA/DF thing has been around for awhile, and all the witnesses know that there is no difference really.
Kinda like saying ' we don't tell you if he was fired or quit like we used to - now we just say he 'is not working here anymore' - so hate all that leave the same. Isn't this just a shell game?
