I have no issues with having a non-JW related convo with anyone. I pretty much lift my nose to the whole df thing so I think I would treat that person as I would anyone else. Just cause someone says "your df'd" doesn't mean you need to act any differently. They are the ones acting like wackos by ignoring in the first place. To me ignoring someone is just unnatural. Now avoiding I am all for

Honesty
I greet and talk to all the JW's I meet in public. Only had one former PO and his wife run as fast as they could out of the retail chain store. It made for a good witness to bystanders about the love of Christ and the WT love that was displayed.
Most Jw's will talk to you if they think the WT Gestapo is not around to bring them up on charges of treason.

I think I would probably talk to them as if nothings happened. Why should they make me feel like i've done anything wrong?
