  I am just giggling myself inside out with the stupid antics regarding the March 20 release of the new Org book.

  Of course, in great irony, only the apostates seem to know what's going on.

  Meanwhile in the congregations, a excitment tinged with mystery and suspense is tweaking the R&F. My entire book study was just about begging the conductor for any hint.

  To emphasize the surprise, congregations that meet on Saturday (March 19) are actually moving their Public/WT meetings to Sunday just for the event.

  Just imagine the drool letdown when they find out the truth, that old Br. J of the Service Department has jacked 'em off once again.

  I almost laughed out loud when my mom mentioned there was a special talk this coming Sunday...because I already knew. Then, she said one of the elders had let it out there was going to be a new OM book. She seemed disappointed that she knew before the talk. She should be happy she knows she will need to give a donation ahead of time. At least since she mentioned it, I can ask her what it was all about on Monday. lol

  Can't be letting the rank and file that find out on Saturday tell the others. Not that some elders aren't blabbermouths. I remember when the current Organized book was released in a similar way. Many thought it was going to be THE announcement. Many JWs think that because of how in the flood account, God told Noah a week in advance and told him to get in the ark, and that the early Christians knew 4 years ahead of 70 CE to leave Jerusalem, that there would be some big announcement at the meeting. I always wondered how that matched up with this:

  YOU also, keep ready, because at an hour that YOU do not think likely the Son of man is coming." LUKE 12:40
