Vedanta is supposed to be a very good practice. Also the yoga sutras of patanjali are good reading. From what i have seen, there are a few good practices and much good writing in the hindu.

Thanks Satanus. I think your right. there are losts of good Hindu Writings. Trying to read as much as I can. Of course in my oppinion there are many good writings of all religions, all over the world. If only they'd all stop fighting, I guess religious would be the best thing humans had. Perhaps some day.

You can see why I'm drawn to hinduism I guess. Based on the Vedas, and harmony amoung religions. Exactly like the Vedanta you just mentioned.

Anyway, me aside, I can sum up Hinduism in a paragraph, but finding out what a Jehovas Witness is in a paragraph is proving ellusive, and is what has brough me here. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

    Socrates,

Perhaps it's your culture to thank every individual...Here it is a little differant, no one will be offended if you make a statement of thanks to the group rather than to 'each one' who posts a reply.

    Welcome to JWD Socrates!
