If I still believe in Jehovah, and witness about him, how is it not slander for them to announce that I'm no longer a witness of jehovah? Please, if I have a valid argument here I will no doubt use it when I am forced out of the congo.

Interesting... one could argue that the elders are slandering you by saying that you changed your faith in god when you have not.

I guess it comes down to exactly what the elder says:

[Name] Is no longer one of Jehover's Witnesses.

This statement is an expression of one's faith - something that someone else cannot do for you without slandering you.

[Name] in no longer a Jehover's Witness.
This statement is expressing membership with an organization.

LOLOL hey elsewhere that reminds of something. Were you at the dome that time that Lloyd Barry was the bethel speaker. I cracked up everytime he gave a talk and said Jehover.

When we proclaim there is, in fact, a new date the Society is saying for the "end"-----that is not quite accurate. Speculation is fine---as long as it's not presented as fact!

I heard a smurf actually walked into a Kingdom Hall and started terrorizing all the kids. 3 kids started crying out "JEHOVAH JEHOVAH"!!! One of the mothers told the smurf to leave them alone but all the smurf fid is run away because those 3 kids kept mentioning Jehovah's name...............Really.
