Truth stands up to scrutiny.
I rest my case.

The Watchtower is a FACADE! Among other things it's rotten from the inside out, not the rank and file, the Governing Body. PEDOPHILIA is RUINING the Watchtower!

The Witnesses had a coherent and comforting system.... back when a lot of people thought it was actually true. Those damn apostates with their pesky facts, ruined the whole scheme.
Hello slimboyfat,
I think you can learn a lot about an organization by what it does in face of criticism. An authoritarian, top-down organization tries to simply ignore or crush dissent. In the age of the Internet, this is a strategy that is doomed to failure.
A much better tack is to consider the criticisms your opponents have and make corrections were necessary, or show why the criticisms are invalid. It's a much more democratic way of running things. People are happy to be a part of an organization that shows it listens to what its members and outsiders have to say.
Unfortunately, I think the WTS is way too prideful to take option B. They'll probably just keep on resolutely trying to ignore the problem until they run out of steam.

Slimboy,
You speak correctly,,the internet is a new tool to fight ignorance there is ignorance on the internet for sure but thier is much intelligence,, evolution gave us the internet to dispence information some good some bad,, we are creatures that know how to use the technology,, pressure it on everyone to learn how to use it,, we created it to help us, to communicate more to find more correct information which we have to sift thru and I think the internet spells the end to a lot of cults. Information on the internet sometimes can be like cleanser to wipe away dirt to see more beauty.
The Israelites had a comfortable thing going, before those dammed JUDGES showed up & spoiled the party, too…
Jerusalem was really cozy, before Nebuchadnezzar and General Titus…
The Pharisees were enjoying a good day of business in the temple before Jesus “got into leather”…
Saul had plans of starting a dynasty of Kings in Israel, but that didn’t go anywhere, either…
Judas had a good thing going w/ the group’s accounts before Jesus rained on his parade…
You’ve backed the wrong horse and god is trying to tell you & them something!!!!
This is like the tragedy of science: a beautiful theory, killed by an ugly fact

The Witnesses had a coherent and comforting system before apostates came along and challenged many of "the Watchtower's" core beliefs. Over blood, the UN and other issues the "Watchtower" has responded to apostates by clarifying/changing positions. Many firm believers have been led away from the faith by the active apostate community on the web.
Anyone who puts faith in an organisation rather than in Jesus needs to be warned about its deceptive, lying and hypocritical actions and doctrines. We are just the messengers.
If anyone should feel froggy enough to take a leap and say the WTBTS does not coerce its followers to put absolute faith and loyalty in the organisation they need to read the March 1, 1979 WT.
The Witnesses themselves and it's autocratic rulership are ruining the Watchtower...along with the Internet.
3 “Do not put your trust in nobles, Nor in the son of earthling man, to whom no salvation belongs.” Ps. 146:3 NWT
JW leaders have elevated themselves to the levels of nobles, in their own estimation. It was a wasted effort. Let their own “green Bible” scourge them.
Poetic justice, I say.
