vitvyn - I have only the old OM book. In that on p 98 is says that before being invited out in the ministry as a representative of the congo, a bble student had to be "Associating with Jehovah's people at congregation meetings if he physically and circumstantially can"
So in making the leap from a Bible study to publisher a newbie had to be willing to attend the meetings, that was all.
