I'm sad for you, Dave, but happy for your grandma. She had a wonderfully long life but Alzheimer's would eventually have robbed her of her dignity. Remember all the good times you had with her because no one can erase those!
Your grandma has moved on and now so must you. Put the JWs behind you and move on with your life.

Just do what you are able. You're not missing anything by not going to a JW memorial service though, just WTBTS advertising, and no honour to your Grandmother.
Do what you can and what you feel will most honour her.
