@Vidiot - perhaps if immigrants and ethnic minorities were encouraged to abandon their ancestral cultures and fully adopt British cultures, 'cultural enclaves' would not be such an issue in British cities.

You're missing the point. If Third World migrants bring Third World cultures with them, and multiculturalism says Third World cultures are all good, then they integrate poorly, if at all, into the host culture. A consequence of this is that they live in 'cultural enclaves' (ghettoes). This ain't rocket science.
