I am ready to tell any elder who was hunting me down, that, if I have a choice to live in paradise with them, or death, .... I choose death.

sorry xjwms. Unfortunately I've actually said those things in the past to many publishers. They always seemed so relieved to finally have their sins forgiven; even if restrictions or reproof or df'ing was also included.
It always made me feel bad to be imperfect, yet be able to forgive or judge others with the help of the holy spirit. I never felt any different when I was judging others and I know that I made mistakes. Something is wrong with a system that allows erring ones to be forgiven by other erring ones and call it holy.

Congrats for that ... I will follow your lead.
TheListner, I know what you mean.
I heard it before, and I was told how these words work. I find it refreshing that we can meet here and share. And, as we look back,
and I mean I am glad that I can ...Look Back ... and not look forward to meetings and such. To bad my wife still can't see it my way.
By the way after book study, tonight, they are having snacks. I remember many more would show up for that. I would not go if they were
serving GIN like I will be doing tonight.
I'm jealous xjwms. I still go pretty regularly. Although I can just sit in my seat and veg out for awhile. I try to listen to any part that seems interesting. So I an come here and get multiple viewpoints on it. I really like the aspect of learning from people with different life experiences and knowledge.
thursday night meetings were my most unfavorite. i was always exhausted from school or work. the student talks were horrible, the service meeting so terribly repetitive, i mean really, how many times can you talk about how to offer a magazine. yikes.
