Regarding Watchtower apologist Slimboyfat's comments, I emailed Ray Franz myself and he said there is no truth whatsoever to these comments.

I did wonder about Ray Franz's wife when I read the book and what she must have gone through, and imagined what an extraordinary women, full of love and wisdom, she must be. Afterall, she is married to Ray.

You know Gumby, Ray is truly a gentleman. He doesn't have to respond to an e-mail but he does. He's old, sick and no doubt drained. O respect the Franz' very much. "True Christians".
