I think Everyone in my Family has naughty traits about them.

I think I just have everyone of them all rolled up in one!

Yeah, I attended my parents' wedding. My mother tries to pull off her wedding anniversary being a year more than it really is. This coming July will be their 27th anniversary!!!

My parents used to go out for their anniversary. Last year my mother took me and my wife out for her anniversary and left my father at home.

I would be shocked, too if it were my grandparents!

We got married when my daughter was 10 months. She was there and in some pictures. My then study conductor and some other (so-called) friends from my cong told me not to tell my daughter about the marriage/birth date subject. That she'd figure it out on her own, but it wouldn't matter by then since we'd already be married.

No way we'd do that. Since she was going to find out eventually, we figured we'd let her know as soon as she can understand even just a little bit, which was earlier this year when we showed her the album. It doesn't matter to me that she'll realize we weren't married when we had her, but at least it won't be a shock.

lonelysheep, right on .. it's secrets that do the damage .. your little girl will grow up knowing there is nothing to hide, nothing wrong with the sequence of events that brought her into the world . :)

yes, I recently figured something out about my family, but need more proof to be sure.

Just a couple of months ago, I figured out that the reason why my parents married was because she was already pregnant with their first born.

Supposedly back in those days people were more respectful of the marriage arrangement prior to having sex.

    YEAH RIGHT!!!

Yeah, it used to be more common to 'hide' it. Now, many kids are attending their parent's weddings!

My parents were wed in 1938; always told us it was 1937. My sister started looking in the bible, where I

guess they thought they had to be truthful. She was just reading it, when she was about 12. Found out

my mom was pg when they wed on Valentine's Day...my bro was born in August. She only told me and my

other sister, we didn't let them know we knew! Now it is no big deal.
