When you are stressed out of your brains or bored, what sort of activities do you do to make yourself feel better?

i let my cat suck on my earlobe or i get sweet kisses from our puppy.

I read or go to the movies. I'd like to start choosing more physically active type hobbies like bike riding or walking, but for some reason I feel odd about doing those things by myself.
I go for a cycle ride out into the country. It's a great de-stresser and when you're stood on top of Otley chevin you feel like you're the only person on earth.
healthy release i like are sitting at my puter and using chinese stress balls....then going to get a manicure and pedicure done....when i have time on the weekends...i go and get a full body massage...now thats living large.
Sometimes I go swimming, but most of the time I just sleep. I am able to sleep whenever I like. That's why when I have a problem, I'm going to bed and in five minutes the dreams come and the problems disappear (at least until I wake up).
