When I was at the height of my JW-dom, I didn't invite my brother to my wedding. It hurt like hell that I felt that I couldn't. I was so damn loyal to the org!
It still hurts me to this day that I was such a spiritual jerk!
I know its no excuse, but what a trance I was in!

I'm sorry too - I didn't go to my best friend's wedding cos she married a 'worldly' guy & wasn't going to meetings anymore - I regret it so much. I hope your sister regrets this choice one day.
