Scoob....If you take your annual trip once a year, you could expect to be in a fatal accident once every 900,000 years (on the basis of the 2000 data). If that is so worrisome, why not be more worried about much more dangerous driving/traffic which you may well face on a daily basis? I think it is less worrisome for many people because it is something you have a degree of control over, whereas there is no control over flying as a passenger.
