good lawd! I guess we are quite alot alike. I got our mother into Blue October as well. She made me burn her some...hehehe Man, she has gotten cool in her old age.

One of my best friends and excoworker has a taste among other things for, hmm well i dont want to say ecclectic but ok thats the word I'll use. Ecclectic Texas bands. One day we were traveling out to Marfa to work on a down ATM.IMA circuit and he was like, "hey you ever heard blue octobah?" I was like "no but lets have it."

So he put them on and I was like "ya... not bad, not bad at all.. I got a sister that'd proly like that" (ok Im lyin about that last part)

That was a horrible weekend of 48 hours of fighting with the telco, "no I got trash coming into my router from you" "well sir we've tested the line and there's no problem with oura circuit." "Yes there is, My inboud error counters see nothing but runts and giants" "sir what's your clock speed set at" "You frikin morons we get clock from you, you are DCE not us" "no sa you gotta set clock on your side" "ok what ever ok Im sending you clock now, its still down" "ok well sir Im going off duty can you call back in an hour" "jezz ok" 45 minuts later "ok sir, you shouldnt have clock set on your side, we are DCE" *looks for someone to kill*

Blue Oct kept us sane that weekend. LOL

I was in bed and I remembered somethin. Remember when I took you to San Antonio when I had a talk there once? Did you know that some of those bros there were upset with me for a while because they thought you were my very young wife? LOLOLOL hahahhaha ding bats. oh gosh.

Do you remember that we left right after the talk and that one brother followed us all the way out to the car? Did you know I found out later he'd been sent by the PO to see what car we got into. It seems that a visitor to their hall had a bumper sticker that said something like "If you dont like my driving, call 1 800 EAT Sh!t" So that guy followed us out to the car to see if we got in to the "EAT Sh!t car" LOL Ho gosh. Aw well.
