  I love giving and helping people. Makes me feel good.

  How about you, do you ever help out people out of pure agape love?

  Giving time or money, without expecting anything back in return?

  I think I am.

  Just last week I was in Chicago and I saw a man sitting holding a sign saying..."I am just hungry". I felt sorry for him. I went over to a bakery where they had fresh warm muffins. I got a bunch and sat down and ate them with him. He didn't talk he just ate. I said "I hate to eat alone" he then smiled... and we just sat there watching people and eating some muffins. I left the rest for him. I said thanks for sharing his time with me. I walked away feeling sad that I couldn't do more.

  I give all the time. Not to anyone I know either....and it does benefit me because it declutters my house.

  Anyone heard of www.freecycle.org I love it.

  Gives people things they need or want and keeps stuff out of the landfills...although probably temporarily...and I get my house decluttered..

  I also give money to homeless people....I don't care what they are going to do with the money....they look like they need it and I don't care if its a scam.

  I don't know if this is the kind of agape you are talking about...

  I help anyone anytime i can . I have helped perfect strangers for no other reason then to see them smile.

  Although I'm generous, I never did give money to the Watchtower bible and tact Society.

  I don't give to Rich Organizations or people.

  I'm very greedy! Very seldom do I do any thing for anyone, but me. I love to talk about myself and buy things for myself. Yay! I refuse to give to charity, not time, money, or even thought. Yay.

  It got me in trouble a few times. Lately I try to be more selfish.

  I truly am by nature. But I found that I got totally used and taken advantage of, so I have transformed myself a little. I always think twice now. Sorry this sounds cynical, but it is true.
