First.. I think Katie is hot in the girl-next-door kinda hot. I don't know how good an actress she is...though she was okay in the Batman movie.
But I had never heard of her until the Batman movie promos came out and her dating Tom Cruise.
Hollywood marriages are all about marketing as far as I can tell. Good luck, but down the road they'll be done and Tom will hit on some other newcomer to Hollywood when he needs to promote another movie or rebound his rep around tinseltown.
The Scientology thing I just don't get. And people thought JWs were weird. These nuts take the fruitcake. But it does show the power of religion in general. People like Cruise and Travolta join the Sceintoligists. Prince joins the JWs.
