LOL. No doubt an apostate or worldly person must have called this in. A typical JW wouldn't think twice about seeing a briefcase at a DC --- even if it's sitting there alone.

Well, in all seriousness witnesses have been victims of terrorism in the past. I don't have the link but there was that bomb that went off in an Australian Kingdom Hall.
Plus whenever several thousand individuals are gathered together they could be the target of terrorism regardless of their beliefs.
Most dubs are very concerned about terrorism and its effect on their lives. They trust in Jehovah and the resurrection but don't really want to die anymore than we do.

And if you get questioned why you're bringing in 10 briefcases, just say that you've just started studying and that you wanted to make sure you have all your references. Oh, and the ticking is because you want to be puctual at lunch.
