Well, some time back I dated (between marriages and out of the JWs) a lawyer, he was the head attorney for a large company that makes deoderant. He told me 'stop using deoderants'. I said 'why'. He said most of the lawsuits are about this!!! He said they were being sued all the time for breast cancer and under-arm lymph node problems that would lead to cancer. I started using the 'crystal' that you get at the health food store at that time and have used it for years. It does not work well when working in the yard or when you work up a big sweat, but for normal use it is OK. That lawyer lost a lot of those cases because people on the jury believed that artificial ingredients could clog the lymp nodes. He showed me studies that scared me. He didn't use them anymore either.

I guess you have to decide for yourself just how much 'trash' and artificial stuff you can tolerate for how long you live. Like that 87 yr old friend I had who was told she only had a few months at the most to live. I gave her a drink in a styrofoam cup. She turned it away and said 'they can cause cancer'! I laughed and said 'ya' with about 10 years of use. She laughed too and drank from the cup.

Treating cancer is very profitable for doctors and hospitals. But like the doctor whose deposition I took a while back said, "Mainly we don't cure people. We just help them die."

As far as using an anti-perspirant, I think it's foolish to put chemicals on your body to stop it from carrying out a natural process. Use a deodorant instead.

Yeah, that's real difficult. As a doctor of neurology, I would imagine that you would understand the importance of at least LISTING the source, even if you couldn't link it via your Mac.

LOL. That wouldn't have accomplished what he wanted, Billy.
