The WTS is guilty of causing a great deal of suffering to millions of R & F dubs over a period of time at least from Rutherford's days.

If you had to apportion liabilities and punishment for this tremendous amount of evil how would you do it among their hierarchy ranks from GB to COs to elders?

I'd put 99.9% on the governing body because they are the ones setting the policies and tone of the org. From there on down everyone else is a follower. If any CO or elder etc. is allowed to be abusive it's because they're premittted to be so by a corrupt and moraly bankrupt org...and don't forget the Borg controls the money.

They are all guilty for implementing the policies of the apostate religious cult.

I never had any contact with the Watch Tower Publishing Corporations except by way of looking at their mass produced literature and by seeing the employees called, circuit servants. All my problems with the Witness people came from the Witness people.
It doesn't matter to me what books mean people read or what they think. The only thing that matters to me, is how do they treat me and how do they treat people who are important to me. The Witness people have been mean to me and my family.

Gary, I'm sorry that witnesses have been mean to you and your family, I'm sure most of us have felt that too. Witnesses are mean because the Org. fills them with the idea that the loving God they claim to worship is going to do the meanest thing ever... kill off just about everyone on the planet...and if you don't believe that you are worldly or a bad associate and deserve to die too. Nothing really good can come out of this bad religion. Forget the smiling faces and the pretty pictures they're just whitewashed graves...

My theory is the Witness people are just people who enjoy being mean. The Jehovah's Witness group just gives them an environment that sees mean behavior as a virtue. It's not really very easy to find a club that welcomes meanies and trains them to be nasty mean.
The victims are the children of Witness parents. I have no pity or compassion for adult Witnesses. They do what they do with knowledge or the means to get knowledge about the group. They do what they do with agreement and cooperation.

Sad thing is those kids who were treated mean grow up to be mean witness parents...you are right the environment perpetuates it...and the leaders don't do much to stop it. Remember, whatever the GB says the "faithfull" WILL do'

When I associated with the Witness people I saw lots of dissent from the Watch Tower Publishing Corporation's directions. My Witness friends that I hung out with visited their disfellowshipped brother and his family frequently. I went with them many times. They didn't shun their brother.
We didn't follow Watch Tower Corporation directions with our use of alcohol. Many of my Witness friends were not casual or moderate consumers of ethel alcohol. Many used profanity prolifically. Most were sexually active. Most didn't study Watch Tower produced literature. Many were not active in the door to door proselytizing and more than a few often had conflicts with schedules on meeting days.
I'd say the Witness people don't really follow the Watch Tower Society very closely.
There is a teaching that says they do, but they don't.

I feel and think exactly the same way. There simply is no excuse for their ignorance to the truth about the WTS. Not as long as the internet is alive and well.
