Sometimes if I'm stressed I sneak up on my buddy with a copy of the live forever book and flash him the pic of the armagedon nightmare scene - his girlish screams always make me laugh. Also I have a voodoo doll of Theodore Jaracz that I poke in the eyes with a paper clip. To relax I'll play Kingdom Melodies Volume 6 really loud backwards and snort a couple lines of coke. Just usual stuff.

There sure are a lot of James Pattersons. My graddpa was James Patterson, my cousin is James Patterson and my wife's doctor who delivered my daughter was James Patterson.

Music and walking are my first picks, though. Good hugs from a friend is very relaxing. Many of us just don't get enough affection and it's a good thing to recognize that it is needed.

I love a good run or a deep, hard massage. Nothing beats getting a workout or beat to living heck from my massage gal / guy. Deep tissue - deep issue massage....LOL.
Actually they say a great release is sex or masterbation, sounds a little whacky to me.
