Me too......almost. Arrowstar, and Slipinslidemaster were the first I greeted at the airport.....but when I was walking down the hall to my room, this Hairy guy who looked like he should do the cover for zig zag papers greeted me with a hug and a smile.Gumissesvalis

I have spoken to a couple of folks I've become acquainted with here. I was surprised to here one individual who will go nameless at this point, and to actually talk live to the person was really a treat. To hear the voice of the person behind the curtain has made all the difference in the world.
I didn't use my avatar always and I wonder sometimes if the fact that I'm black makes a difference in how they would respond to me. Even on the phone, at least in this country, you can tell when someone is black. Though I have a hard time distinguishing blacks who are British from white Britons.
