Hold them to the same standard of behavior as everyone else, though.
I find JW's tend to be blind to their own imperfection, and demonize criticism. I think we do them a favor to point out areas of improvement that the elders might have missed.

Sure, as long as he doesn't constantly refer to me as "the infidel" and keeps taking smoke breaks to check on the explosives in his car.
I'd make a point of saying how involved the store is in planning for various holidays, everyone is required to participate in putting up decorations, holiday functions, etc. Or, mention that everyone chips in for birthday treats, would that be an issue...
