The seeds have been planted. Good for you. How old are your niece and nephew? (Just out of curiosity)

My niece is 12, my nephew is 9. Apparenly, my niece wants to work toward baptism. :(

your niece's mom wants to atone for her own sins by pushing her daughter to baptism.

On Sunday when they got home, I asked my niece, "So, how was the drama about Timothy?" She asked, "How did you know?" I simply replied, "The Internet." Hopefully that sticks in her mind.

LOL! that's awesome Nos. good job man. you're the uncle they're gonna love.

    Well done, Nos!

I have to say that, even though it took a while for me to make my way "out" (in my early 20s), the subtle influence of my loving and very cool non-JW relatives (an aunt & uncle and a great-aunt & great-uncle) helped nourish the seeds of doubt I already had.

They gently encouraged intellectual questioning, independent reading, higher education, development of self-esteem, and enjoyment of life (including holidays).

    It definitely helps!!!

    ~Merry
