Yes, very nice, but is this bird one that christians should be regarding? I'm sorry to rain on the wt parade, but have a look at these horrifying facts about the quetzal's background.
The Aztec and Maya used the 2-ft (61-cm) shimmering green tail plumes of the breeding male ceremonially and worshiped the bird as the god of the air, associating it with the god Quetzalcoatl.
As well
The quetzal, Pharomachrus mocino, is the national bird of Guatemala, and a monetary unit of the country is also called a quetzal.

In view of these associations, jehovah's christian witnesses, bringing in the spirit of wisdom would shun such birds, dispite they beguiling beauty. (Well, that's how they think about birthdays.) Also, in view of it's pagan demonistic use, mature christians would not allow it's pictures into their homes, as they could be used by demons to gain entry. Making a thorough search of their homes, they would burn any encyclopedia sets, calendars and tourist nicknacks that may carry it's image, thus remaining clean and without a spot before their heavenly father.

COSTA RICA covers less than 0.03 percent of the earth's surface, yet it is home to 875 registered species of birds. According to one source, that is more than the number found in Canada and the United States combined
This article forgot to mention that Costa Rica looks like it's stuccoed
