Have you ever fudged your field service hours???? I did...too often to remember. Just wondering how many of you threw off the monthly hours reports in the KM or the annual hours (etc.) report in the WT.

I was 30 mins off my quota for auxillary pioneering ( I think that's the one with 60 hours ) one month so I rounded up . Other then that the rest of the year I avoided field service at all costs.

Oh yeah all the time especially when an Elder told me that any good JW who is leading an exemplary life could turn in one measly hour every month simply for the witness they give in every day life. I don't think I was ever inactive again.

I was 9 or 10 before I realized what field service was and my uncle took me out. Then I didn't know until after I was baptized @ 14, that you were supposed to turn in your time. Looking back I guess I never really payed a lot of attention in the meetings.

Of course I rounded up. Sometimes way up, but nothing silly. Just to make sure I was average.

I never did. I was always afraid of getting caught and quite honestly, it never occured to me to fudge the numbers.

Haven't turned in service time for four years. I brought more people to the hall in the last three years than many of the pioneers. The people I brought came out of respect for me as a friend and wanted to understand my fade. Always left with a chuckle.

yep, I always promised myself I'd make it up the next month, but of course never did;) you had to do it to avoid getting singled out by the elders as a weak one amongst the flock that obviously needs some encouragement. Must have been so obvious to my bookstudy conductor, since I very rarely achieved the 'national average' in the last few months before my fade, lol! Frog x

Yea, several times, always managed to make it up next month though, except my last two reports.
