I still have trouble allowing myself to cry. I start and then quickly suppress it. I'm fine with anger though.

I haven't cried in a long time. I just can't do it. Very rarely do I allow myself to show any sign of emmotional weakness. I can't really help it. So I feel your pain.

Dustin~ We will have to a schedule an emotional double date. No talking allowed! Just crying with the occasional scream thrown in for good measure. Let's see how many spots we can get banned from.

    I'll start........ ............

Realising negative emotions by expressing them in a non destructive way is like lancing the boil the infection the poison goes out of the system and there is a sense of relief from a morbid mood.

As I have said from the begining, most witnesses are 'emotional misfits!'

our emotions are mostely what make us human, it's unnatural to have to supress them because of outside restraints. Venting emotion is a productive way of dealing with pain, sorrow, grief. There are appropriate and inappropriate times for realeasing them, but otherwise people that really care wouldn't ask you to hold in what your body naturally needs to let out. Frog xx
