You know that awful moment when you ask a friend if they've had a nice holiday, and all of a sudden they pull out the holiday pics and you think "Oh My God......." here come the pics I never wanted to see........Well....... I wanted to re-create that moment in your own living rooms right now........LOL

Thanks for the comments. And seriously, if you ever get the chance to get to the Greek Islands, book up for Kefalonia, its just to the west of the Greek mainland in the Ionian Sea. It really is beautiful and unspoilt. We hired a car out and travelled around the Island finding hidden coves and beaches that just had little shacks on them that served just freshly caught fish and maybe an ouzo or beer. Its my 3rd time there, but I absolutely have fallen in love with the place.

If you are ever to stay in Kos on another Greek Holiday or you get an opportunity to take a trip out to Nsyros...you must go...its the most beautiful place on earth in my view...my retreat, my island.

I visited Zante over a decade ago, and looked over to Kefalonia, from the far North coast. They sure are beautiful islands, with incredibly potent, but refreshing, wine!

No just kidding, she's my best friend who came along, and I loves her to bits! I used to love Zante too, last time I went there in 1999 it had got too lively and Spain-ified. I think in a few years Kefalonia will follow, which will be a shame.......so enjoy it while I can!
