Talesin, are we sisters?
In addition to that, when I was 12 or 13, I stayed with family friends for the summer, hours away from home in mountainous Pennsylvania.
We rode horses all the time, and went by a house that was a group home for troubled boys. So we started talking to them since they were oh so cute in our eyes, and decided to hang out.
She and I snuck out just about every night for a few weeks to hang out with these guys. Lied about our names and ages. Walked around in the middle of nowhere just to get out (bobcats and bears were out and about in this area) with murderers and rapists bigger than us and definately had us outnumbered.
I've always been so thankful to not have been hurt in any way by any of them. That was some stupid stuff.

A few days ago, I drove for 20 hours straight. It doesn't look like something dangerous, but when you're sleepy right from the start, and feel your dozing off when your not even half way home, I think that's dangerous and stupid.
I did fall asleep while driving once. The car went off the road and into a field, so nobody got hurt. I used to work in Columbus, Ohio, and drive home on the weekends to the Adirondacks, NY, it was a 12 hour drive. I'd work all day on Friday, then leave Columbus at 7pm and start the 12 hour trip home. It was on one of those trips when I fell asleep behind the wheel. But these days, my co-workers keep telling me that I am putting my life in danger all the time. I ride my bicycle to work 6 days a week. I work until 11 or 11.30 pm and then ride my bicycle home in the dark. It takes me about an hour and 20 minutes. There is this one stretch of road where I have to ride through the woods, it is about 4 miles long, and there is only 1 house on that stretch of road. Yes, we do have plenty of bears and coyotes, lol. Everyone tells me it is too dangerous, but to me, it is rather relaxing. I did have an incident with a coyote a couple of weeks ago, but it ended well.

My pioneer partner and I did a 24 hour field service day on the idea that if we did it once a month we would have it made. Problem is we almost crashed into a convenience store at about 4AM. (We did place 86 mags though but were later reprimanded for working outside our territory).
P.S. Number 2 was Bungie Jumping. Incredible. Society banned it a year later.

1) Went 180 degrees in an ATV...fell behind it as it rolled over me, otherwise it could've crushed my neck (had I been strapped in with a seat belt).
2) In my super naive and socially inexperienced days, I twice put myself in rather stupid situations with complete strangers which could have ended with me raped or in a landfill...

As a teenager, i often played chicken w other cars on the highway. I must have scared a lot of people. Rappelled down mountain sides. Worked in a coal mine for a yr. Once, a huge boulder let go of the roof and landed 2 feet from me. Another time, the pit boss and i were standing talking as crumbles started falling from the wall. We moved out of there just before it caved in. Two people were killed during my time there.
