Falling upwards: A very rare phenominon. It rarely happens. On most occassions it has been noted that when one "falls upward" it's usually because he / she has consumed too much alcohol and their sense of direction is somewhat flaws, leading to falling upwards, and jumping down.
You may also fall upwards when you are being pulled up by someone else, but if they let go, you fall down though you were on your way up.
You may also "fall upwards" with the help of a second party. He / she may be boosting you up, you misjudge (because of intoxication) and instead of boosting up, you fall up, a very messy affair.
