  Had Enough

  I'm grateful to all who have taken the time to answer this post as it is a question which hit me hard.

  To Amos:
  Thank you for your kind post. Its only been a few months since I started coming here and finding out so much more that the WTS has been wrong in or deliberately deceived us about. I have to admit it has been overwhelming at times as first the info hits the emotions and the feelings take first place sometimes over the reasoning powers.

  I sometimes get impatient at wanting to see the whole jigsaw puzzle picture right away, but I appreciated your caution to go slow and let the pieces fall in place in their due time. I've taken note of your suggestions of research material and perhaps will have to take time away from here to do some reading. Thank you again.

  I understand your perspective on this dilemma we are all faced with when realizing all we've thought was black and white truth, just isn't so.

  You made an interesting statement: "What looks like truth to me may not be truth for you." That perhaps answers why different explanations on an idea can both make sense and both be right. It also allows us to come to a comfort zone on a subject as we grow in our search until that day when the absolute truth is known to all. Nice to hear your thoughts.

  Why did he allow the WTBTS to be?

  I haven't looked at that angle before and now makes me wonder too.

  If God allowed the WTS to exist for his purpose, what was his purpose? What do you think they've accomplished that other religions haven't? Couldn't we have gotten to this point of spirituality in our lives without first being a JW?

  May I respond? Thank you.

  While my Father did not 'create' the WTBTS; it is a 'false light' set up by Satan to attract the sons of lights and 'kill' them... spiritually. Thus, the WTBTS is in fact part and parcel of the 'hired man' of John Chapter 10. How so?

  While babes, all sons are granted to a 'pedagogue', a 'governor' of sorts... to raise and teach them until such time as they are returned to their parents. From 'wet nurses' to 'tutors', this was the case for THOUSANDS of years. As the sons of light, there were 'elementary' things that we had to know, such as 'what IS sin' and HOW can I love God with my whole heart, soul, mind and strength, and my neighbor 'as myself'? And so that we could know 'transgression' so as not to WILLFULLY transgress.

  And so, as babes, we were placed 'under men in charge'. Such men, 'hired men' and thus, shepherds were supposed to LOVINGLY for us, if they were indeed 'hired' by whom they SAY they were... God. Instead, have for generations PROVEN who they are... and who they work for... by their 'fruits'. Since Cain, they have turned on us, began to 'beat' us, and on seeing the 'wolf' enter the field... abandoned us.

  Why? Because we are not their 'sheep'. We are the sheep of another, and were misled into 'dangerous pastures'... the 'valley of death's shadow'... by such 'hired men'... as food for THEIR 'master'... the one THEY work for.

  Thankfully, for SOME of us, our master has called us. We have heard his 'voice' and separated ourselves and quit touching the unclean thing... and now follow the Lamb wherever HE goes... because we know his voice. Those left behind because they did not... or cannot 'hear' that voice... due to a lack of LOVE... and a lack of FAITH... will be snatched and scattered... and some even 'devoured' by that wolf, that 'wild beast'. Too bad, too bad.

  But that is the very purpose of the WTBTS, another effort by Satan, the one who 'keeps transforming himself into an angel of light' to 'flush out' the 'remaining ones of her seed', the seed of the woman and 'wage war' with them. Why do you think it is the ONLY organization in the entire world... that separates its members into two classes... such that one eats and drinks and IDENTIFIES ITSELF as the 'seed of the woman'... and one does not? Because that is the very purpose for which Satan set it up: to identify the 'seed'... and crush it.

  My Father has ALLOWED it, though, as He allows ALL 'tests' for us. He does not bring ON such tests, no more than He did when the Adversary tested Job and my Lord. But as in both of those cases... He permits it. It is up to US, however... to show what we are 'made of'... gold refined by fire... and on what we have built our houses: the rock-mass (that is the Christ, and so withstands ANY storm). Or whether we are worthless stones, built on sand, which is washed away... or blown away... at the slightest 'gale'.
