Good morning every one.
Marvin, thanks for your excellent post. You have hit the nail on the head with this.

The thing about this case is who has the moral "high" ground and publicity that will be spread about this case and the possible others.
Cases like these can really devastate a corporation. Just ask "Dow-Corning" how their breast implant business is doing.
Some corporations have ways of slowing down the process such as the Tabacco companies and Ford. Some can afford the lawsuits but a lot cannot.
But this case is different. Its a slam dunk if the legal team plays its cards right. There are statutory violations here and a conviction. The WTS and all of its corporations are not Ford by a long shot. They may be large but in the grand scale of corporate America they cannot by any stretch, afford a number of major lawsuits. This can easily lead to a large class action lawsuit that could just devastate them.
And don't forget something else that really plays in the victims favour - we are dealing with a publishing company that has spread it word around and we have all sorts of people who have all sorts of docuements. Unlike Ford (who can use privilage information claims) to hide documents, this case has everything out in the open for all to see thanks in large part to their stupidity. As someone once taught me - its their own words that will come back to haunt them.
