Man, that looks tasty! I love to cook. For my B-day last may, my girlfriend bought me a nice grill with a rotisserie built in. A couple of days ago, I rotisseried a leg o' lamb with pockets cut into it that held bits of feta cheese, rosemary, and roasted garlic. I fire roasted some ears of corn with a pesto/cilantro butter that I whipped up also made a nice green greek salad to go with it and some rice pilaf. I like to make soups and stews too like chile verde and various curries.
Good stuff, my speciality is Italian, I cook all the pasta dishes, they're quite simple but full of flavor.

I'm making mixed vegetable samosas right now.
Here's how I made them: I bought them from the store, put them in the oven, and voila, delicious samosas. It's much better when you make it yourself.
IOW, I have no culinary ability.
