:They will not understand your logic either. To understand would be to accept, and that is something they cannot allow themselves to do for fear of facing the reality it might entail. Their actions are like a drug that keeps them from a reality they dare not face.

How true, how so very TRUE!

I am writing in response to Yadirf's obiter dicta, and once again, I merely wish to point out that nowhere in the Bible does it say, "It's okay for Yadirf to indulge his every whim and lust without regard for anyone else or for society as a whole".

I am writing this letter in simple English in order that everyone can read and understand my words. Unless you share my view that Yadirf talks out of both sides of his mouth, there's no need for you to hear me further. One might claim that intrusive fomenters of revolution speak in order to conceal -- or at least to veil -- their thoughts. While that's true, it does somewhat miss the point. You see, he likes to promote a culture of dependency and failure. Such activity can flourish only in the dark, however. If you drag it into the open, Yadirf and his habitués will run for cover, like cockroaches in a dirty kitchen when the light is turned on suddenly during the night. That's why we must create a world in which emotionalism, diabolism, and gnosticism are all but forgotten. The significance of this is that what we have been imparting to him -- or what he has been eliciting from us -- is a half-submerged, barely intended logic, contaminated by wishes and tendencies we prefer not to acknowledge. With this letter, I hope I have made my views crystal-clear: Feelings of inferiority are characteristic of immoral chuckleheads.

You see, his agendas are based on a technique I'm sure you've heard of. It's called "lying".

Only too true! He had the temerity to say he's never sold magazines from door to door! He also tries to give the impression that the elders in his KH see him as a wise scholar, rather than as just another unpaid saleperson doing the rounds.

Q: How do you know a Dub loyal to "Jehovah's Organisation" is lying?
    A: Their lips are moving.

Dunny, you really need to pull that thesaurus out of your tight intectuallized anus and go outside, go down the pub, sink a few pints, and hopefully...hopefully get a SHAG somewhere. Your really need it mate. Cheers

: I was recently told that he has had prior psychological problems and even sought professional help

Well that really discredits what AlanF writes, now doesn't it?

Resorting to this kind of very sick "disclosure" and attempt to discredit ruins any attempt you make to reason with me. You just made Deacon's argument for him. I now have another good reason to believe that YOU, Mishnah, are Duns.

Go back into the woodwork or wherever you have been. We value truth here, not rumor and crap like you just posted above, and we cherish plain speech that helps not opaquely obfuscates.

Do you really think the kind of display you "two" put on will in any way win ANYONE to the lofty principles of Christianity? You have made asses of yourselves in this whole silly affair.

The Master did not teach that way. Go, learn.

Naeblis, laughter is also very therapeutic. It can be used as a powerful tool for denial. Apparently this is how you use it to keep from having to face the issues. You have made a decision and it would be almost impossible for you and others here to go back on your filthy course now. So you have to laugh, chuckle, smirk, and all those other child-like responses to side-step the fact that you have made a loser's bet. If you're wrong then you are in serious trouble. If you're right so what? The consequences of being wrong in your case are far greater than if you're right. So keep doing whatever it takes to make youself think you're right because even I would not want you to live with the daily fear of thinking you might be wrong.

Zep, I am sure Duns has set his sights on things higher than the immoral habits of the world. I realize that you find solace running to these dark places since they let you escape from a painful reality. But drugs, whether they be pills or habits used for escape purposes, will not provide protection when you need it most. One day you will seek escape and not be able to find it. That is why I want to help you. I don't want you to have to suffer from that reality.

Anchor, you thinking mechanism shut down. Let me help you understand. I did not say that AF's psychological breakdown discredited what he said. I referenced it to help other UNDERSTAND why he lies, can't follow clear arguments, and acts like a jerk 24/7. I do not hate AF. I pity him. He is damaged goods. But that does not give him license to keep throwing his junk around. AF discredits himself and his arguments by writing such junk. His documented mental problems help us understand part of the reason why he acts the way he does.

I have no fear at all if I'm wrong. I hope there is a god so I can spit in his face on judgement day.

While I like a good cold beer every now and then, I think you forgot that I am married. What's more, as pointed out by Mishnah, I have higher aspirations than going through life drunk, stupid, and promiscuous (adapted from Animal House). I think I will stick with the Bible and my thesaurus. :-)

    Cheers!
