When I was an elder, especially when I was the Presiding Overseer, I was never wrong. I hurt people in the way and kinda got "dethroned" for a while. In retrospect, I can see why. People have opinions and feelings that don't always coincide with yours. Maturity is a wonderful thing!

Too true, mini. I have apologized here a few times just to keep the peace (and several others when I was truly sorry). Why bother going after something like a dog after a bone to prove a point, when in the long run, it's easier to just tell the pompous fool that you are sorry for stepping on their toes?
